5. There are several training meetings for instruction planning and team building. It is impossible to fill you in or give you notes from these meetings. Everyone's attendance ensures that all team members are unified and on the same page before arriving on the mission field. The mission trip begins with the first meeting. We feel this is vital to the success of each mission trip. Can you commit to attending the meetings?

7. In many of the locations where our teams serve the food options are limited. MOST Ministries will do their best to coordinate food for allergies but we cannot guarantee that our hosts will have access to specialty foods. We strongly recommend that team members with dietary limitations of any kind bring additional foods with them to supplement their daily meals. Due to the limitations of food in many of our international locations MOST Ministries cannot guarantee a peanut-free trip. Your Team Administrator will be more than happy to discuss special dietary needs on a case by case basis to determine if your needs can be met. I have read and agree to the above statement.

I understand my requirements and responsibilities as a member of this team and as a representative of MOST Ministries and as an ambassador of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a team member I must attend all team meetings and devotions before and during the mission trip. I understand that team unity is vital.
