Team Descriptions

Our objective is to serve the field, the missionaries or national pastors, the local national church with whom we work through and the nationals whom we desire to serve. The team members who go and the congregations that send them, cannot be accomplished through a single type of project nor a single type of team. To best meet all of these goals we recruit different types of teams with very different make-ups.

Our prayer is that you will find a team with which to join or support that meets not only the needs of the field, but your personal needs as well.

Regular Teams are made up of Christian individuals, couples, and families from all over the United States who are brought together to work with and serve pastors, missionaries, nationals and charitable agencies from around the world. Anyone can join these teams. No experience or professional skills are necessary. Individuals with a variety of gifts and interests are needed on each team with the link being a strong commitment to Christ and a servant's heart.

Congregational Teams MOST Ministries partners with churches who have at least 12 members with the desire and commitment to serve on a short term mission. These teams have the potential to touch uncountable numbers of people including their church membership, their local community and the nationals whom they will serve. Most members of church partnership teams have said that one of the most powerful aspects of their mission experience were the blessings that occurred from and within their own congregations.
