Meet Our Staff

Executive Director - Carly Stevens

Carly manages the overall business of MOST Ministries and oversees the operation of its programs and services. She directs all strategic relationships with missionaries and national church leaders in the field and serves as primary ministry representative to congregations and organizations for MOST Ministries development and PR program.

 

Team Administrator - Debby Suchyta

Debby works with missionaries and national churches to strategically plan team projects that will support their ministry goals. She recruits and schedules teams as well as manages team training and oversees all team logistics. Debby also works with MOSTs team leaders in their training and placement.

 

 

Eyeglass Operations Administrator & Volunteer Coordinator - Lynn Wrightson

Lynn recruits, schedules, trains and assists the volunteers who prepare the thousands of pairs of glasses needed each year on the mission field. She also recruits for other volunteer opportunities, speaking engagements and assists with team recruitment.

 

Finance Administrator - Jim Hill

Jim is responsible for finance operations. He provides team support by helping with cost projections and tracking team payments. He also maintains the donor database, manages office finances and provides financial analysis for the Board of Directors.

 

 

Staff Assistant - Jeanne Mantey

Jeanne provides clerical and team logistical support for the office. She maintains data files, prepares training and communications materials and manages team travel and visa arrangements. Jeanne also maintains the MOST website and general e-mail account.
